What We Do

It's all rather simple really, we like to make a difference.  More importantly, we like to help Local Councils make a difference to their constituents.

Support

When your system goes live we provide you with the support and customer service to ensure your system continuously improves as we do.  Once you have your system, we don’t want you to think we’ve disappeared.  We organize support days based on your needs following the detailed instructor led training as well as yearly reviews to make sure you’re still as happy as you should be.  On a continual basis, we offer day-to-day support to our experienced team via phone or email.  On our website, comprehensive video tutorials are available along with FAQ pages and a support forum.
