Richard is the company founder and works on our technology and development. He is the driving force behind the Tascomi system suite and works closely with our local authority customers to help continue to improve.

A passionate believer in the benefits of open source software, he continually tries to push boundaries within the company and is seen as a ‘thought leader’ for how technology can help the public sector improve.
