Drawing upon our extensive experience in development and launch, we’ve learnt that one of the keys to the successful introduction to a new system lies in the quality of training the user receives. Good training can help overcome a users natural fear of change and help them with accepting a new system and possibly even a new way of working within their department.
As part of the implementation program, our experienced Support Team, who have trained customers in over 100 systems, provide live –instructor led training including workshops and Q&A sessions. We believe that this form of instructor based training is the most effective, allowing for real-interaction and sharing of information. Because of this engagement, our trainers not only understand our products, but also our customers and therefore appreciate the issues that people often come up against.Our learning paths are tailored to the specific job roles, whether it is officer, managerial or administrative, so that each user will possess the skills necessary to use and benefit from the system at its launch.
We appreciate that not everybody learns at the same pace and some may find it challenging to take everything in on the day. During the training, we provide manuals for all those in attendance and then follow up with support days to help ensure smooth implementation and encourage interaction to provide direct responses to any outstanding questions.
Our commitment doesn’t stop there. To help encourage a users own pace of learning, the company website hosts detailed video tutorials for all the key processes associated with each of our systems, as well as a helpful question and answer section to help with any frequently asked questions. Tailored workflows are also provided to help remind users of the key stages and triggers involved for the elements within the system.
Further training courses for staff are available, as well as group workshops should you feel it necessary to refresh staff in any specific elements of the system.
