Te-Licensing
Tascomi Licence Management has been developed in collaboration with Local Authorities in Northern Ireland. Te-Licensing employs browser based technology that makes the application fully accessible across the Internet. The technology applied allows users to securely access information anytime, anywhere and due to this accessibility the solution complements the already existing workflow of licensing departments, by enabling officers to log on and access relevant information whilst away from their desks.
Tascomi Licence Management integrates the recording of fee invoices and receipts associated with the application, all communications and the upload of any documentation that needs to be held with an application, whether it is a photograph or a scanned copy of a fire certificate. Because users have only one data store to go to, looking for any information in relation to an application becomes more efficient and cost effective and the overall costs associated with processing applications can be reduced.
As a module within the Te-Gov product range, Tascomi Licence Management integrates seamlessly with other products in the Te-Gov range. As with all the products in the range, Te-Licensing makes use of common information, such as Addresses and Constituent details, which is essential to every Council department. This means that Councils no longer need to have many departmental databases which do not talk to each other; instead, all departments can make use of and maintain the central database with the Council address and constituent information.
In addition, Tascomi Licence Management can be upgraded to allow the online interaction of customers. Whether it is an online submission of a licence, tracking the progress of an application or logging a complaint or an enquiry, Tascomi Licence Management can manage the whole process online.
