Systems

Our range of systems has been designed specifically for the public sector allowing them to deliver the best possible service through a more coordinated approach. Our flexible solutions support local configuration and personalisation, which ensures our solutions can be configured by authorised users to meet your specific requirements delivering benefits and efficiencies.

We believe what we provide is unique, with each application working as a stand alone product, whilst also being able to be combined into a corporate solution called Te – Gov.

All Te – Gov applications are designed to give a low cost of ownership as we offer a managed service to all our systems. This means that through our hosted service, there is no hardware to purchase or systems to maintain or upgrade, giving your IT department complete peace of mind.

We believe our clients should have flexibility in how they work and as a result we incorporate mobile working into every system we create. With every system created on web-based technology, accessible through a browser, users have the freedom and simplicity to work from anywhere.

Each of our systems is centered on our Land and Property Gazetteer known as Te – Address. As such, all applications share access to a central database, removing the need for numerous databases and the creation of duplication.

As the potential of online services become more evident, Tascomi continues to work with local authorities to build greater online features into each of our systems. Through our Online Portal we’re improving Council’s capability to engage with their constituents and improve the services they are able to offer through the Internet. Through our systems citizens can for example, submit a building application, licence a dog, book leisure facilities or order a replacement bin.
