Tascomi’s Online Portal enables the customer to submit and pay for requests through the Council website, including; bin sales, bulky requests, FOI requests, general enquiries and complaints. This allows for direct and automated data transfer between the website and the relevant back-office solution.
Designed to be used with a tablet device, the Te-Cab app allows Officers to manage their workload while in the field. With data pulled directly from Tascomi Customer Care, and synced to offline mode on the device, Officers have the ability to update request, prioritise their work, and add actions and notes all while offline if needed. Once a connection is then available, this information can be automatically synced back to the Customer Care system.
