Tascomi’s Annual Customer Conference is being held this year on Tuesday 13th September at La Mon Hotel, Belfast
Collaboration Day 2016 is an exciting opportunity for Tascomi users to help shape our existing software products and provide us with feedback that will allow us to better our service.
We have worked hard over the last year to address the feedback we received at last year’s event and this year we have extended our customer break out sessions in order to provide an even better forum to discuss how Tascomi systems work for our users.
There will also be demonstrations on our upcoming product enhancements, a charity raffle in support of the Prince’s Trust, as well as discussions on the efficiencies available from using digital solutions to transform the way you work.
In addition to getting to know our staff and peers in Council departments across the UK and Ireland throughout the networking breaks, we hope that the day will be worthwhile to ensure that each of our customers are getting the most out of Tascomi from all levels of their organisation.
For us, a successful Collaboration Day is one where our users walk away knowing more than when they came.
We want the day to have a positive impact on our individual users, their organisation and Tascomi. While the software is important, it is only one part of the day:
- Learn a better way to accomplish a task
- Meet your peers and discover how they solve problems
- Learn about a new module or feature and how to use it
- Discuss the software with Tascomi and peers
- Encourage someone with a solution you champion
