On Friday 18th October, Tascomi hosted their annual Customer Conference at Crowne Plaza, Belfast. The event welcomed Tascomi customers from across all 11 council areas in Northern Ireland for a day of updates, networking and collaboration.
The day started with a welcome address from Tascomi’s Technical Director, Rick Hassard. Focusing on all aspects of Tascomi’s achievements and future plans, Rick provided attendees with a deeper insight into happenings at Tascomi HQ and reiterated the importance of working collaboratively with our customers.
Next up, Andrew Rowan, Customer Experience Lead at Tascomi provided the conference with an update on all things support as well as detailing what plans we have to improve our customer’s experience.
Whilst our Customer Conferences are a great place to update our customers, Tascomi monopolise on the collaborative opportunities within these events. Following the welcome addresses, attendees moved to one of three workshops focusing on our specific software solutions: Building Control, Te-Care and Environmental Health, Dogs & Licensing.
Tascomi’s Customer Conferences have become a key part of our year, affording opportunities of discussion, feedback and collaboration. The events are not only crucial to the improvement and developments of Tascomi systems but are also essential in sustaining customer satisfaction.
