Tascomi were delighted to have been included in the Deloitte Ireland Technology Fast 50 award programme shortlist of nominees; an evening of recognition for Ireland’s fastest growing technology companies. This year marks the sixteenth year of the Fast 50 programme in Ireland, making it one of the longest standing technology contests in the country.
On Friday 13th November, members of the Tascomi team headed to the awards ceremony; in anticipation of our exact ranking in the Fast 50 being revealed. The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin played host to the gala event which included a welcome reception, followed by dinner and the awards ceremony. Sponsored by Sunday Business Post and Ulster Business, the Masters of Ceremonies for the event was multi award-winning TV & Radio broadcaster and founder of Whipsmart Media, Jonathan McCrea.
The awards rank the very best of the indigenous technology sector and recognise those companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth in turnover over the last four years. Tascomi were both honoured and delighted to be ranked 33 in the top 50. We are so grateful for this recognition and committed to retaining our place as a technology leader in Ireland.
Announcing the winners of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme, Joan O’Connor, Partner, Deloitte said: “Huge congratulations to the winning companies. The awards showcase the agility, innovation and strength of the industry. The winners epitomise these characteristics. What’s really encouraging is the ambition that is apparent amongst them. On average 58% of turnover amongst the winners is generated by exports. Furthermore, on average, over a quarter of turnover is spent on R&D. The winning companies are making their mark internationally and investing in their companies’ future.”
Tascomi would like to extend our thanks to both our amazing team and our customers, without you – this wouldn’t have been possible!
