We will be attending the annual CIEH Wales conference in Hilton Cardiff on 7th and 8th May. This year the conference theme will be ‘Public Health : Underpinning Wellbeing’, with a focus on topics such as Food, Tobacco, Health Impact Assessment and Climate Change, amongst others.

Our web-based software solution for Environmental Health and Public Protection is currently deployed in Guildford Borough Council, rolled out nationally throughout the HSE in the Republic of Ireland supporting over 600 staff, and used in 75% of local authorities in Northern Ireland, and we look forward to demonstrating it’s functionality to delegates. With a keynote session on ‘Environmental Health – Delivery with less’, we know that delegates will be interested to hear that our customers are pleased with the savings our software has helped them achieve whilst improving significantly upon service and efficiencies.

For example, John Martin, Guildford Borough Council’s Head of Health and Community Care Services has commented: “The positive commitment and close working with our team to get the system operational in a short timescale has been very noticeable and has impressed all those involved. We were particularly impressed by the mobile working and customer access facility that Tascomi provides us with and will be working with them to develop the full potential of this for our customers and staff”
